A new report on the state of the workforce, which shows at least six million people in England work or volunteer with young people, has revealed a gender pay gap among youth workers and careers advisers.
The report found that the gross annual pay of all full-time youth workers averaged £24,219 annually. The average for males was £25,022 and females £23,567, which equates to a gender gap of 6.2 per cent. Read more at The CYP Now website
